Welcome to the website of the Multidisciplinary Pain Centre of the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry. The centre is located in the University of Alberta Hospital.

Whether you have chronic pain, have a family member with chronic pain or you are a physician wishing to refer a patient to us, this website contains a great deal of information that we hope you'll find useful.

This site also has information for health professionals wishing to obtain training in pain management, and for anyone who might want to participate in our research studies. In addition we have a growing list of pain-related reading material for our trainees that anyone may use. There are also links to other websites that have good information about chronic pain.
